







McLarens – “It’s all here” Recruitment Campaign
Tasked with defining a global EVP and creating distinctive recruitment communications for McLarens, we developed a visually dynamic campaign rooted in the idea of constant progress. Aimed at uniting a fast-growing, acquisition-driven business, the work speaks to a shared ambition across the organisation: a belief that careers—and claims—should always be moving forward.
We photographed real McLarens employees to ground the campaign in authenticity and showcase the people behind the brand. Their portraits are placed within richly detailed, CGI-built environments where insurance-related objects—art, agriculture, vehicles and aviation—move laterally across the frame, creating a sense of ongoing momentum. These shifting scenes reflect the breadth of McLarens’ global expertise and the forward motion it offers its people.
